Tiktok live bans!

Good morning,

I am looking for some advice in regards to Tik Tok live bans,

We provide a discord of Forex education, free chat and many useful channels for forex traders such as current news ect. We currently use Tik tok live for exposure and to provide free educational content in the forex trading world however recently we have not been able to stay live for much longer the 30 mins at a time without receiving a ban for Fraud/Scams, This could not be further from the truth we are a UK registered company that are working out of Canary wharf providing in person 1to1 training an online mentorship with many success stories and 0 complaints in the last 2 years.

When we are live we always try to say many times that we do not provide Financial advice and please do your own due diligence before investing in forex ect yet we still cop bans constantly. there are others on tiktok with thousands of viewers seemingly having no problems.

Can anybody offer advice of how we can stop this happening?

Failing that does anybody know the best way to get someone with some know how on the phone from Tik tok?

Maybe you need to read the community guidelines in TikTok, seems they don't allow money games, or gambling on their platform, if you don't feel made a mistake, you can try to appeal, mention the problem and reason, later TikTok will review and if approved maybe you can live again.
