I just keep an eye on major news and economic updates. No tools just see how the market reacts and learn from that. Does not always work but prefer this.

Easiest thing to do is checking charts right after big news drops coz price usually tells the truth faster than headlines. Over time you will start connecting which fundamentals actually move the market and which are just noise.

I watch the first 15–30 min candle and whether front-end yield moves confirm the FX knee-jerk—if they diverge, I fade. Big picture comes from central-bank rhetoric; price + rates usually tell the story faster than headlines
