The U.S. Dollar (USD) is trading slightly weaker against several major currencies as risk sentiment improves across global markets. Investors are waiting for guidance from the Federal Reserve before taking larger positions.

Major Currency Pairs to Watch

EUR/USD

The euro is showing signs of recovery as the U.S. dollar softens. Price action will likely remain sensitive to comments from the Federal Reserve and upcoming U.S. economic releases.

GBP/USD

The British pound remains relatively stable. Traders are monitoring both U.K. economic data and global risk sentiment for the next directional move.

USD/JPY

The Japanese yen has strengthened modestly as U.S. Treasury yields eased. Any change in the Fed's outlook could increase volatility in this pair.

AUD/USD

The Australian dollar is finding support ahead of important Australian inflation data later this week. Market participants are also watching expectations around the Reserve Bank of Australia's policy outlook.

EUR/USD: Clearly bullish, giving us a much cleaner play on USD weakness imo.

USD/JPY: Still just looks like a bounce inside the bigger overall downtrend, wouldn't trust it for a reversal yet.

GBP/USD: Putting on a serious push right up to 1.3650 resistance; way more aggressive than those write-ups calling it "stable."

AUD/USD: Charging straight toward 0.7170 right before the data drops. Hammering resistance hard instead of just casually "finding support."
