Do you trade commodities?

Don't trade in such a trading pair that will carry risk for you. I avoid trading metals and other commodities. Actually, my investment isn't big enough and trade by maintaining risk management policies. I funded my account with my self-earned money.

i trade gold but right now i avoid it because it is crazy volatile now

I trade those currency pairs that have tight spreads and not very high volatility. This way I get the opportunity to make profitable trades with minimal costs for spreads or commissions, as well as use small stop losses in orders. For me it is more profitable and safer.
